Barack Obama, the President of the United States, did  a very entertaining and informative interview with the ladies on The View today. This  appearance, while criticized by political opponents, makes  the first for any US President on a daytime talk show. Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Sherri Shepherd, Joy Behar, and lone conservative panelist Elisabeth Hasselbeck speak with President Obama .

White House spokesman Bill Burton declined to tell reporters what U.S. President Barack Obama will say on Thursday’s edition of “The View.” The Democratic commander-in-chief taped his first appearance as sitting president on the chat show Wednesday.

I watched President Barack Obama’s interview with The View panel and I have to say he was charismatic, entertaining and direct.. I was impressed.
